血透室护理流程管理对提高护理质量效果的分析

Analysis of the effect of nursing process management in hemodialysis room on improving nursing quality

目的:探讨护理流程管理应用于血透室对护理质量的影响。方法:2019年2月-2020年2月收治血液透析患者160例,随机分为两组,各80例。研究组给予护理流程管理;对照组给予常规护理管理。比较两组不良事件发生率及护理满意度。结果:研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理流程管理在血透室施行,可以显著提高护理质量,增强护理流程化,提升护理工作人员专业知识和操作技能,降低护患纠纷出现率及不良事件发生率,患者满意度高,应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing process management on nursing quality in hemodialysis room.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,160 hemodialysis patients were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 80 cases in each group.The study group was given nursing process management.The control group was given conventional nursing management.The incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than the the control group,the nursing satisfaction were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing process management in hemodialysis room can improve the nursing quality and enhance the nursing process,it also can improve the professional knowledge and operation skills of nursing staffs,reduce the occurrence rate of nurse-patient disputes and adverse events,so patients'satisfaction is high and the application effect is remarkable.
