摘要
目的调查拉萨地区维持性血液透析患者对肾移植认知情况,为推进西藏肾移植工作。方法选择2019年4月5日~2019年4月12日期间在我医院透析中心进行维持性血液透析的患者102例,采用访问卷调查,对肾移植的认知情况进行分析。结果入选患者中知道肾移植98例(96.1%);愿意肾移植35例(34.3%);认为成功的肾移植可以延长生命并提高生活质量占64例(62.7%);曾经被推荐、转诊到泌尿外科进行移植评估19例(18.6%)。结论维持性血液透析患者对肾移植意愿较低,应加强肾移植有关知识的宣教。
Objective:To investigate the cognitive situation of renal transplantation in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)for promoting renal transplantation development in Lhasa.Methods:Totally,102 patients with MHD were admitted and treated in our hospital from April 5th to April 12th 2019 were selected as the objects of study.They were investigated on the cognitive situation of renal transplantation by questionnaires.Results:For renal transplantation,the awareness rate was 76.83%(98/102),the recognition rate was 34.3%(35/102).There were 64 patients realized that the success of renal transplantation can improve life and living quality.They were 19 patients were assessed renal transplantation.Conclusions:The knowledge of renal transplantation for patients with MHD should be improved on account of unwilling to renal transplantation.
