以合作社为平台科技支撑乡村人才振兴的现状及对策 被引量:2

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Science and Technology Supporting the Revitalization of Rural Talents with the Cooperative as Platform

摘要 随着乡村振兴战略的有序推进,我国农业的发展步入了一个新的时期。文章采用文献综述、案例调研等方法对以农民合作社为平台科技支撑乡村人才振兴的现状进行了分析,总结归纳出合作社能够运用科技的力量为乡村人才提供广阔的发展空间、通过科技应用促进乡村人才的发展、通过科技培训提升乡村人才技能等振兴乡村人才的作用,并借鉴日本、韩国、美国合作社支撑乡村人才发展的经验,提出了加强合作社组织的科学管理、加强合作社应用科技储备与引进乡村人才、加强合作社应用科技培训与引导乡村人才等促进我国农民合作社科技支撑乡村人才振兴的对策。 With the orderly promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the development of agriculture in China has entered a new period.Current situation of rural talents revitalization supported by science and technology on the platform of rural cooperatives was analyzed in the paper by means of literature review and case study.The role of cooperatives was summed up in using the power of science and technology to provide broad development space for rural talents,promoting the development of rural talents through the application of science and technology,and improving the skills of rural talents through scientific and technological training.Some countermeasures to promote rural cooperative societies in China in supporting rural revitalization through science and technology were put forward based on the experience of cooperatives in Japan,South Korea and the United States,i.e.,strengthening scientific management of cooperatives,strengthening their storage of applied technology and introducing rural talents,strengthening training and instruction of rural talents with applied technology.
