农业科研单位科技支撑热区脱贫攻坚模式实践

Practice of Mode of Poverty Alleviation in Tropical Areas Supported by Science and Technology of Agricultural Research Institutions

脱贫攻坚工作是党中央的重大决策部署。文章以中国热带农业科学院帮扶海南省白沙县青松乡拥处村为例,总结了该院在科技支撑热区产业发展精准扶贫方面的做法和取得的成效,提出了完善扶贫长效机制、打造扶贫示范样板、激发农业科技扶贫活力等进一步开展脱贫攻坚工作的建议。

Poverty alleviation is a major decision of the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party.Taking Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences helping Yongchu Village,Qingsong Township,Baisha County,Hainan Province as an example,practices and achievements of CATAS supporting the development of agricultural industry development and targeted poverty alleviation in tropical region through science and technology were summarized in the paper.Suggestions on further poverty alleviation were put forward,such as improving the long-term mechanism of poverty alleviation,setting up a demonstration model of poverty alleviation,and stimulating the vitality of poverty alleviation through agricultural science and technology.
