Thoughts and Suggestions on Science and Technology Supporting National Food Security

文章分析了当前粮食安全面临的形势和挑战,系统阐述了影响我国粮食安全的主要因素,并针对新形势下保障粮食安全面临的新任务,提出了以科技支撑国家粮食安全,实现农业可持续发展的观点,从提高科技成果转化率、提高粮食作物单产水平、培育适应能力更强的农作物新品种、推进中低产田改造和高标准农田建设、保护和提高农民种粮积极性等方面提出了科技支撑国家粮食安全的对策建议。

The current situation and challenges of food security were summarized in the paper.Main constraints of food security in China were systematically analyzed.In view of the new task of food security under the new situation,the viewpoint of supporting national food security with science and technology and realizing sustainable development of agriculture was put forward.The specific countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from five aspects:improving the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements,increasing the per unit yield level of grain crops,cultivating new varieties of crops with strong adaptability,promoting the remould of medium and low yield farmland and constructing high standard farmland,protecting and improving the enthusiasm of grain farmers.
