摘要
科研失信行为已经成为全球性的热点问题。文章阐述了农业科研领域科研失信行为的表现形式,并运用PEST分析等方法分析科研失信行为产生的原因,提出了优化科研评价与导向机制、健全内部监督与自查自纠机制、构建科研信用管理机制等科研失信行为防治机制,以期营造良好的科学研究环境。
Scientific research misconduct has become the hot global issue.In order to create a good research environment,focused on the expression of research misconduct,the causes of research misconduct were analyzed in the paper by PEST analysis.The prevention mechanisms of scientific research misconduct were put forward,such as optimizing scientific research evaluation and guidance,strengthening internal supervision and constructing scientific research credit management etc.
