现代农业科技园区临时用工模式探讨——以河南现代农业研究开发基地为例

Studies on Temporary Employment Mode in Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Park,Taking Henan Modern Agricultural Research and Development Base as an Example

临时用工管理难、管理不规范是当前农业科技园区普遍存在的一个共性问题,采用何种模式进行科学管理,提升园区管理水平,值得深思。文章以河南现代农业研究开发基地临时用工为例,阐述了临时用工模式,分析了临时用工模式存在的问题,提出了规范管理制度、提高劳动效率、加强技术培训、强化用工监督等加强现代农业科技园区临时用工管理的建议。

The management of temporary workers is difficult and not standard,which is a universal problem in the current management process of agricultural science park.It is an urgent problem to be solved which model is adopted to carry out scientific management and improve the management level of the park.The temporary employment pattern of Henan Modern Agricultural Research and Development Base was analyzed in the paper.Problems were analyzed and countermeasures and suggestions put forward,such as normalizing management system,raising work efficiency,strengthening technical training,and strengthening supervision of employment.
