Research on Strategic Path of Rural Revitalization in Liaoning Province by High Quality Development of Grain Industry

文章针对辽宁省粮食产业发展现状,详细分析了当前辽宁省粮食产业发展面临的问题和挑战及未来发展的路径,提出了政府引导推动、财政金融助力、科技引领支撑、龙头企业牵动等促进辽宁省粮食产业高质量发展的对策建议,以促进农民增收、企业增效、政府增税,实现乡村振兴。

In view of the present situation of grain industry development in Liaoning Province,the problems,challenges and developing path facing the development of grain industry of Liaoning Province were analyzed in detail in the paper.Some countermeasures and suggestions for the high quality development of grain industry in Liaoning Province were put forward,such as guided by the government,supported by finance,supported by science and technology,and led by leading enterprises,which aimed at increasing the income of farmers,increasing the efficiency of enterprises,raising taxes of the government,and realizing rural revitalization.
