Research on Enhancing the Quality of Agricultural Research Institutes′Party Branch Construction in the New Era

党支部是党的基础组织,是党在社会基层组织中的战斗堡垒,是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。文章分析了新时代提升党支部建设质量的重要意义以及当前农业科研院所党支部工作中存在的问题,从创新党支部的活动内容和形式、加强党建与中心工作的融合、充分发挥党员先锋模范作用等方面提出了提高农业科研院所党支部建设质量的举措。

The party branch is the basic organization of the Communist Party and the battle fortress in the social grassroots organizations,it's base of all the work and combat effectiveness of the party.The importance of improving the quality of party branch construction in the new era and the problems existing in the work of party branches in agricultural research institutes were analyzed in the paper.Measures to improve the quality of party branches in agricultural research institutes were put forward from innovating the content and form of party branch activities,strengthening integration of party building with central task,giving full play to the role of party members as pioneers and exemplary models and other aspects.
