妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血清中的Betatrophin表达及糖脂代谢分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇血清中的Betatrophin表达特点与糖脂代谢情况。方法选取70例孕妇作为研究对象,根据糖耐量检测结果分为糖耐量正常(NGT)组(正常孕妇)和GDM组(GDM孕妇),每组35例。观察比较两组孕妇血清Betatrophin水平以及糖脂代谢指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、血浆总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)]水平。结果GDM组孕妇的血清Betatrophin水平为(325.37±63.35)pg/ml,NGT组孕妇的血清Betatrophin水平为(261.83±61.52)pg/ml;GDM组孕妇的血清Betatrophin水平显著高于NGT组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GDM组孕妇的FPG(5.01±1.03)mmol/L、FINS(13.31±5.06)U/L、HOMA-IR(2.21±0.65)、TC(6.48±1.96)mmol/L、TG(2.42±0.86)mmol/L、LDL-C(2.67±0.50)mmol/L均显著高于NGT组的(3.98±0.92)mmol/L、(10.65±4.25)U/L、(1.84±0.32)、(5.22±1.69)mmol/L、(1.85±0.74)mmol/L、(2.31±0.31)mmol/L,HDL-C(1.75±0.33)mmol/L低于NGT组的(1.98±0.38)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论GDM孕妇的血清Betatrophin水平以及糖脂代谢各项指标(除HDL-C外)有增高表现,可将这两点作为临床判断GDM的指标。 Objective To study the characteristics of Betatrophin expression and glucose and lipid metabolism in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 70 pregnant women were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into normal glucose tolerance(NGT)group(normal cases)and GDM group(GDM cases)according to the results of glucose tolerance test,with 35 patients in each group.The serum Betatrophin level and glucose and lipid metabolism[fasting blood glucose(FBG),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting insulin(FINS),homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)]were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The serum Betatrophin level of GDM group was(325.37±63.35)pg/ml,which was(261.83±61.52)pg/ml of NGT group.The serum Betatrophin level of GDM group was significantly higher than that of NGT group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FPG(5.01±1.03)mmol/L,FINS(13.31±5.06)U/L,HOMA-IR(2.21±0.65),TC(6.48±1.96)mmol/L,TG(2.42±0.86)mmol/L and LDL-C(2.67±0.50)mmol/L of GDM group was significantly higher than that of NGT group(3.98±0.92)mmol/L,(10.65±4.25)U/L,(1.84±0.32),(5.22±1.69)mmol/L,(1.85±0.74)mmol/L and(2.31±0.31)mmol/L,and HDL-C(1.75±0.33)mmol/L was lower than that of NGT group(1.98±0.38)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum betatrophin level and the indexes of glucose and lipid metabolism(except HDL-C)in GDM patients are increased,and these two indexes can be used as clinical indexes to judge GDM.
