医用组织胶水在急诊外科面部伤口中的临床应用

Clinical application of medical tissue glue in emergency surgical facial wounds

目的探究在急诊外科面部伤口治疗中应用医用组织胶水的临床效果。方法200例面部创伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组使用传统清创缝合治疗,观察组使用医用组织胶水粘合治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、治疗等候时间和耗费时间、伤口愈合时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、治疗满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.0%高于对照组的88.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗等候时间(50.4±5.5)min、治疗耗费时间(19.3±2.2)min、伤口愈合时间(6.0±1.0)d、VAS评分(8.6±1.1)分;观察组治疗等候时间(30.4±5.1)min、治疗耗费时间(14.3±2.1)min、伤口愈合时间(5.0±1.0)d、VAS评分(4.6±1.2)分;观察组治疗等候时间和耗费时间、伤口愈合时间均短于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊外科面部伤口患者使用医用组织胶水效果良好,操作便捷,给患者造成的疼痛感较低,且能有效促进患者伤口的愈合,提高患者对治疗工作的满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of medical tissue glue in emergency surgical facial wounds.Methods A total of 200 patients with facial wounds as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional debridement and suture,and the observation group was treated with medical tissue glue.The therapeutic effect,waiting time,treatment time,wound healing time,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate 96.0%of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 88.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The waiting time,treatment time,wound healing time and VAS score of the control group was(50.4±5.5)min,(19.3±2.2)min and(6.0±1.0)d,which was(30.4±5.1)min,(14.3±2.1)min,(5.0±1.0)d and(4.6±1.2)points of the observation group.The waiting time,treatment time and wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and VAS score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical tissue glue has good effect on facial wounds of emergency surgical patients,and has the advantages of convenient operation and low pain to patients.It also can effectively promote wound healing and improve patients’satisfaction with treatment.
