中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine traumatology method combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion

目的分析中医骨伤手法联合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)的临床效果。方法70例LIDP患者,随机分为参照组和实验组,各35例。参照组患者采用中频脉冲电治疗,实验组患者采用中医骨伤手法联合独活寄生汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平。结果实验组临床总有效率94.29%显著高于参照组的65.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且实验组TNF-α(1.08±0.11)μg/L、IL-6(88.06±2.57)μg/L均显著低于参照组的(1.58±0.21)、(105.26±6.95)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医骨伤手法联合独活寄生汤可有效减轻LIDP患者疼痛症状及炎症反应,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine traumatology method combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP).Methods A total of 70 LIDP patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated by medium frequency pulsed electrotherapy,and the experimental group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine traumatology method combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction.The clinical efficacy,serum levels of inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate 94.29%of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group 65.71%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 weeks after treatment,TNF-αand IL-6 level of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and TNF-α(1.08±0.11)μg/L and IL-6(88.06±2.57)μg/L of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(1.58±0.21)and(105.26±6.95)μg/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine traumatology method combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction can effectively relieve the pain symptoms and inflammatory reactions of LIDP patients,which is worthy of reference.
