我院中、重度癌痛患者硫酸吗啡缓释片使用现状分析

Analysis of current status of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets in patients with moderate to severe cancer pain in our hospital

目的了解本院中、重度癌痛患者中硫酸吗啡缓释片的使用现状。方法400例中、重度癌痛患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性研究,具体分析其镇痛药物使用的镇痛效果、患者使用前后生活质量的变化和不良反应发生情况。结果观察本院门诊400例使用硫酸吗啡缓释片患者的止痛效果,结果显示:完全缓解258例,占比64.50%;明显缓解105例,占比26.25%;中度缓解26例,占比6.50%;轻度缓解11例,占比2.75%,硫酸吗啡缓释片止痛的总有效率为97.25%。未有患者使用硫酸吗啡缓释片后,疼痛没有缓解。治疗后,400例患者的食欲、精神、睡眠、疲乏、疼痛评分分别为(4.22±0.66)、(4.38±0.45)、(5.62±0.23)、(4.89±0.36)、(3.95±0.44)分,均低于治疗前的(9.56±0.55)、(8.95±0.46)、(8.55±0.67)、(9.23±0.36)、(8.21±0.33)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药6周后,不良反应发生率为11.07%,低于用药1周后的49.13%,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论硫酸吗啡缓释片对于中、重度癌痛患者镇痛效果良好,能够有效改善患者生活质量,且其不良反应发生率随用药时间延长不断降低,是中、重度癌痛治疗的理想药物之一。

Objective To understand the status of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets in patients with moderate to severe cancer pain in our hospital.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data of 400 patients with moderate to severe cancer pain,and the analgesic effect,the changes of the life quality and the occurrence of adverse reactions before and after the use of analgesic drugs were specifically analyzed.Results Observation of the analgesic effect of 400 patients using morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets in our outpatient department showed that:258 cases were completely relieved,accounting for 64.50%;105 cases were significantly relieved,accounting for 26.25%;26 cases were moderately relieved,accounting for 6.50%;11 cases of mild relieved,accounting for 2.75%,the total analgesic effective rate of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets was 97.25%.After using morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets,the pain of patients was all relieved.After treatment,the appetite,spirit,sleep,fatigue and pain score of 400 patients were(4.22±0.66),(4.38±0.45),(5.62±0.23),(4.89±0.36)and(3.95±0.44)points respectively,which was lower than that before treatment(9.56±0.55),(8.95±0.46),(8.55±0.67),(9.23±0.36)and(8.21±0.33)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of medication,the incidence of adverse reactions was 11.07%,which was lower than 49.13%after 1 week of medication,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets shows good analgesic effective for patients with moderate to severe cancer pain,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions decreases with the extension of medication time.It is one of the ideal choices for the treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain.
