摘要
针对目前不停输带压开孔作业中,单级钻头钻孔定位精度低、导向性差、易崩刀、效率低、寿命短、成本高等问题,提出并设计了双级钻头。双级钻头由大小两个钻头组合而成,前端小钻头具有定位导向功能,后端大钻头具有切削去除材料功能。同时,基于有限元分析方法,应用Solidworks及ANSYS Workbench软件,对双级钻头的应力、应变及变形量进行了模拟。通过试验,研究了双级钻头的崩刃面积及钻孔效率。应用结果显示双级钻头的最大应力、最大应变和最大变形量处于许用范围,满足使用要求。使用双级钻头与使用单级钻头相比,崩刃面积降低、钻孔时间缩短、效率提高。双级钻头可广泛应用于不停输带压开孔作业,带来的经济效益和社会效益显著。
A two-stage drill bit is proposed and designed for the current non-stop drilling operation under pressure. The bit is composed of large and small bits. The small bit at the front end has the function of positioning and guiding, and the large bit at the back end has the function of cutting and removing materials. The stress, strain and deformation of the two-stage bit are simulated by using the finite element analysis method, SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench software. Through experiments, the area of chipping edge and drilling efficiency of two-stage bit are studied. The application results show that the maximum stress, maximum strain and maximum deformation of the two-stage bit are in the allowable range, the area of collapsing edge is reduced, the drilling time is shortened, and the efficiency is high, which brings remarkable economic and social benefits to the enterprise.
