摘要 针对在役埋地油气管道套管存在的阳极失效、与管道搭接等诸多问题,分析了套管失效的主要原因,依据标准优选导通阴极保护电流的套管设计方式。在套管选材问题上,通过公式推导和理论假设,分析多类因素与混凝土管电阻率大小选取的相互关系,提出了钢套管和混凝土管选材的边界阈值。这为设计提供指导作用。 Aiming at the problems of in-service casing pipe,such as anode failure and overlap between casing and pipeline,the main reasons for the overlap between casing and pipeline are analyzed,and the casing design mode for conducting cathodic protection current is optimized according to the standard.In the selection of casing material,through formula derivation and theoretical hypothesis,the relationship between various factors and the selection of concrete pipe resistivity is analyzed,and the boundary threshold value of steel casing and concrete pipe material selection is proposed,which provides guidance for design.
