风险管理在神经内科护理质量管理中的应用研究

Application Research of Risk Management in Quality Management of Neurology Nursing

目的研究并探讨风险管理在神经内科护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法该次研究择取该院2018年1月—2019年1月神经内科收治的80例住院患者作为对照组,运用常规护理管理;择取同期收治的80例神经内科住院患者作为观察组,运用风险管理。对两组神经内科护士的服务态度、沟通能力、文书写作、基础操作等指标进行评估,并且以考核的形式来分析其操作技能和理论知识水平。记录两组患者住院期间的不良事件发生状况,调查患者或者其家属对服务满意度。对搜集到的相关指标进行比较。结果观察组护理质量评分明显优于对照组,且患者住院期间不良事件发生率低于对照组,患者对护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科护理质量管理中,运用风险管理干预,能够有效地降低不良事件的诱发可能,改善护理质量,优化患者对护理满意度。

Objective To study and discuss the effect of risk management in the management of nursing quality in neurology.Methods In this study,80 inpatients admitted to the neurology department of the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the control group and routine care management was applied;80 inpatients admitted to the neurology department during the same period were selected as the observation group and risk management was applied.The two groups of neurology nurses were evaluated for their service attitudes,communication skills,clerical writing,basic operations,and their level of operational skills and theoretical knowledge was analyzed in the form of an assessment.Record the status of adverse events during hospitalization in both groups of patients and investigate patient or family satisfaction with the service.Compare the relevant indicators collected.Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events during hospitalization was lower than that of the control group,and the patients'satisfaction with nursing was higher than that of the control group.Comparison of the three indicators,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of nursing quality in neurology,risk management intervention can effectively reduce the possibility of adverse events,improve the quality of nursing,and optimize the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
