手术室细节护理管理在医院感染控制中的作用

The Role of Operating Room Detail Nursing Management in Hospital Infection Control

目的探讨手术室细节护理管理对控制医院感染的临床作用。方法该次纳入对象为该院2018年7月—2019年7月收治的需行手术治疗者300例,数字随机法分成两组,各150例,其中对照组采取常规手术室护理,观察组采取手术室细节护理管理,比较两组感染控制效果。结果观察组医院感染率为1.3%,低于对照组8.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术室监测指标合格率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室细节护理管理可有效控制医院感染。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of operating room detail nursing management on hospital infection control.Methods The subjects included in this study were 300 patients who needed surgery in the hospital from July 2018 to July 2019.The digital randomization method was divided into two groups of 150 patients,of which the control group received routine operating room care and the observation group took detailed nursing management in the operating room,comparing the effects of infection control between the two groups.Results The hospital infection rate of the observation group was 1.3%,which was lower than that of the control group by 8.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the qualified rate of the operating room monitoring indicators of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detailed nursing management in the operating room can effectively control nosocomial infections.
