摘要
目的探讨精细化管理在神经内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法将该院神经内科护理管理中,运用精细化管理前后分别为对照组和观察组,其时间为2017年1月—2018年1月(实施常规护理管理)和2018年2月—2019年2月(实施精细化管理)。其两组研究涉及的护理人员一致,共有68名。随机从两组中各抽取120例患者进行调研。对其进行护理管理质量、不良事件诱发率、患者(家属)对服务满意度等指标进行统计和比较。结果从实验结果上看,观察组护理管理质量评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=23.575,P<0.05);观察组管理中不良事件诱发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.506,P<0.05);观察组患者(家属)对服务满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=17.482,P<0.05)。结论在神经内科护理管理中,应用精细化管理,能够有效地改善其管理质量,优化服务效益,提高患者对服务满意度,降低不良事件的诱发率。
Objective To explore the effect of fine management in nursing management of neurology department.Methods The nursing management in the neurology department was named the control group and the observation group before and after the use of refined management,and the time ranged from January 2017 to January 2018(implementation of routine nursing management)and February 2018 to February 2019(implemented fine management).There were 68 nurses involved in the two groups of studies.120 patients were randomly selected from the two groups for investigation.Statistics and comparison of nursing management quality,adverse event induction rate,patient(family)service satisfaction and other indicators were performed.Results From the experimental results,the nursing management quality score of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=23.575,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the management of the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference Statistical significance(χ^2=6.506,P<0.05);patients in the observation group(family members)were significantly more satisfied with service than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=17.482,P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of neurology department,the application of refined management can effectively improve the quality of management and optimize the benefits of services,improved patient satisfaction with nursing services and reduce the prevalence of adverse event.It is worthy of attention and promotion.
