护理人员分层级管理模式对胸部内科护理质量的影响

The Influence of Nursing Staff's Hierarchical Management Model on the Quality of Nursing in Chest Medicine

目的探讨在胸部内科护理工作中实施护理人员分层级管理模式后,其护理质量的改善情况。方法选取2017年7月—2019年2月该院胸部内科40名护理人员,依照掷骰子方法随机分为实验组和参照组,各20名。参照组护理人员给予常规管理,实验组护理人员给予分层级管理。研究两组护理质量和护理差错率。结果实验组护理人员病房管理质量(96.95±5.78)分、基础护理质量(96.48±5.87)分、院感管理质量(97.68±5.93)分、护理文书书写质量(97.25±5.62)分、操作水平质量(93.71±5.89)分、理论知识质量(95.85±5.83)分、应急能力质量(98.23±5.92)分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组护理差错率5.00%和护理缺陷率5.00%明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸部内科护理工作中实施护理人员分层级管理模式,可明显提升护理质量,降低护理差错情况发生。

Objective To explore the improvement of nursing quality after implementing the hierarchical management model of nursing staff in the nursing work of chest medicine.Methods From July 2017 to February 2019,40 nurses from the Department of Thoracic Medicine of the hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the reference group according to the dice roll method,with 20 each.The nursing staff in the reference group were given routine management,and the nursing staff in the experimental group were given hierarchical management.Study the quality of care and error rate of nursing in the two groups.Results The quality of the nursing staff in the experimental group(96.95±5.78)points,the quality of basic nursing(96.48±5.87)points,the quality of hospital management(97.68±5.93)points,the quality of nursing writing(97.25±5.62)points,the level of operation quality(93.71±5.89)points,theoretical knowledge quality(95.85±5.83)points,emergency capability quality(98.23±5.92)points were higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group nursing error rate was 5.00%and nursing defect rate was 5.00%,significantly lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the hierarchical management model of nursing staff in the nursing work of chest medicine can significantly improve the quality of nursing and reduce the occurrence of nursing errors.
