护理管理对提高护士优质护理服务意识的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Management on Raising Nurses'Quality Nursing Service Consciousness

目的探究护理管理对提高护士优质护理服务意识的效果。方法选取2017年3月—2019年3月该院精神科任职护士40名作为研究对象,按照随机对照原则平均分成两组。对照组20名,接受常规的护理临床培训管理工作;观察组20名,接受护理管理。对比两组护士护理管理后1个月的临床护理满意度及心理健康。结果护理管理后1个月,观察组护理满意度(95.24%)略高于对照组(90.48%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理管理能够提高护士优质护理服务意识,提升患者临床护理满意度,增强护士心理健康水平。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing management on raising nurses'quality nursing service awareness.Methods From March 2017 to March 2019,40 psychiatric nurses in the hospital were selected as the research object,and were divided into two groups according to the principle of random control.20 cases in the control group received routine nursing clinical training and management;20 cases in the observation group received nursing management.The clinical nursing satisfaction and mental health of the two groups of nurses after 1 month of nursing management were compared.Results One month after nursing management,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group(95.24%)was slightly higher than that of the control group(90.48%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the symptom self-rating scale of the observation group(SCL-90)The score was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing management can improve nurses'awareness of high-quality nursing services,improve patients'clinical nursing satisfaction,and enhance nurses'mental health.
