摘要
目的该文旨在分析针对手术室护生,采用小组合作教学模式的运用效果与价值。方法选择2018年5月—2019年6月前来该院手术室实习的实习生作为研究对象,总计110名,按照随机分配的方式将所有护生划分为两组,即实验组与对照组,每组55名。对照组护生接受常规带教方式,而实验组则接受小组合作教学模式,对比两组护生实习期结束之后考核成绩。结果实验组护生理论考核成绩为(96.82±2.96)分,实操技能考核成绩为(94.82±3.95)分,相较于对照组(83.51±1.03)分与(81.05±1.28)分更高,而实验组考核优秀率为90.91%,相较于对照组73.73%更高,两组各项数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规带教方式,小组合作教学模式可以显著提高护生理论知识掌握程度以及实践操作能力,具有临床推广价值。
Objective The purpose of this article is to analyze the effect and value of using the group cooperative teaching model for operating room nurses.Methods The interns who came to our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 to practice in the operating room were selected as the study subjects,and a total of 110 nursing students were divided into two groups,i.e.,the experimental group and the control group,with 55 students in each group,according to the random assignment method.The control group of nursing students received regular guided teaching,while the experimental group received group cooperative teaching mode to compare the performance of the two groups of nursing students after the end of their internship.Results The experimental group’s scores for the theoretical assessment of the nursing students were(96.82±2.96)points,and the practical skills assessment score was(94.82±3.95)points,which was higher than the control group(83.51±1.03)points and(81.05±1.28)points.However,the excellent rate in the experimental group was 90.91%,which was higher than that in the control group 73.73%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional teaching method,the group cooperation teaching mode can significantly improve the degree of theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of nursing students,and has clinical promotion value.
