摘要
目的PBL结合LBL教学法在消化内科临床教学中的效果分析。方法纳入2018年1月—2019年10月间在该院消化内科实习的72名临床专业本科生作为研究对象,根据教学模式的不同划分为观察组与对照组各36名,观察组接受PBL(Problem-Based Learning)问题式学习法与LBL(Lecture-Based Learning)传统讲授式教学法,对照组接受LBL教学法,评价两组考试成绩、学生对教学模式质量评价。结果观察组学生考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生对教学模式质量评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化内科临床教学中应用PBL结合LBL教学法可有效提高学生的考试成绩、教学模式质量。
Objective PBL combined with LBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of digestive medicine analysis.Methods 72 clinical undergraduates who were internships in the Department of Gastroenterology in the hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were included as research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to different teaching modes.36 cases in each group.Problem-based learning method in the observation group and LBL(Lecture-Based Learning)traditional teaching method.The control group accepts LBL teaching method to evaluate the test scores of the two groups and the students'evaluation of the teaching mode.Results The test scores of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's evaluation of the teaching mode quality was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined with LBL teaching method in clinical teaching of gastroenterology can effectively improve students'test scores and teaching model quality.
