经鼻高流量湿化氧疗技术(HFNC)在呼吸科的应用具有重大意义,HFNC不同于传统氧疗技术,它有利于患者咳痰、保护气道。因此,临床医师学习HFNC很有必要,重视对临床医师HFNC的教学培养,能够促使HFNC的应用发挥更大的优势。而临床工作中,如何培养呼吸科医师HFNC技术成为呼吸科医师临床教学重点内容,该文结合查阅到的多个文献,分析HFNC的优势、临床教学的意义,并通过教学查房、学术交流、医患沟通等形式进行HFNC教学,为帮助呼吸科医师了解和掌握HFNC,更好地应用HFNC提供参考。

To The application of nasal high-flow humidified oxygen therapy(HFNC)in the respiratory department is of great significance.HFNC is different from traditional oxygen therapy technology,which is beneficial to patient’s sputum and protect the airway.Therefore,it is necessary for clinicians to learn HFNC,and attach importance to the teaching and training of clinicians HFNC,which can promote the application of HFNC to play a greater advantage.In clinical work,how to train the respiratory physician HFNC technology has become the key content of the clinical teaching of respiratory physicians.This article combines multiple literatures reviewed to analyze the advantages of HFNC,the significance of clinical teaching,and through teaching rounds,academic exchanges,medical HFNC teaching in the form of patient communication,etc.,provides a reference for helping respiratory physicians understand and master HFNC,and better use HFNC.
