摘要 食源性疾病已经成为全球重点研究项目,目前全球各个国家都存在较为严重的食源性疾病,并针对食源性疾病创建了网络监控体系,能够及时发现、控制疫情,从而保障人类生命安全的要求。另外,有效防控食源性疾病的重要措施是挖掘出致病因素,并制定相应的解决措施,从而实现防控能力。由于各个国家与食品相关的领域都处于不断发展中,致病因素也处于不断更新,因此,需要加强食源性疾病监测研究力度,将新致病因素融入主动监测内,从而实现食源性疾病有效防控。 Food-borne diseases have become a key research project in the world.At present,there are serious food-borne diseases in all countries in the world,and a network monitoring system has been created for food-borne diseases,which can detect and control the epidemic in a timely manner,thereby safeguarding the requirements of human life.In addition,an important measure for effective prevention and control of foodborne diseases is to identify the causative factors and develop appropriate measures to address them,thereby achieving prevention and control capacity.As the food-related fields in each country are constantly evolving and pathogenic factors are constantly being updated,there is a need to strengthen foodborne disease surveillance and research and to integrate new pathogenic factors into active surveillance in order to achieve effective prevention and control of foodborne diseases.
