Risk Control of Hospital Infection in Neonatal Ward

目的探究新生儿病房医院感染的风险管控措施。方法2018年6月1日起,该院加强对新生儿病房医院感染的风险控制,选取实施前后1年的新生儿各600例,2018年6月—2019年5月期间的新生儿进入观察组,2017年6月—2018年5月的新生儿进入对照组,比较两组新生儿病房医院感染发生率。结果观察组新生儿的医院感染发生率(1.83%)低于对照组(6.17%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿病房医院感染的发生风险较高,严格执行消毒隔离措施,加强风险管控,杜绝医院感染隐患对减低新生儿病房医院感染具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the risk control measures of nosocomial infection in the neonatal ward.Methods From June 1,2018,the hospital strengthened the risk control of nosocomial infections in the neonatal ward,selecting 600 neonates each year before and after implementation,and newborns between June,2018 and May,2019 as the observation group,and the newborns from June,2017 to May,2018 entered the control group,and compared the incidence of nosocomial infections in the neonatal wards of the two groups.Results The incidence of nosocomial infections in the observation group(1.83%)was lower than that in the control group(6.17%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk of nosocomial infection in neonatal wards is high.Strictly implementing disinfection and isolation measures and strengthening risk management and control,and eliminating the hidden dangers of nosocomial infections are of great significance for reducing nosocomial infections in neonatal wards.
