Using the Intelligent Rehabilitation Treatment Confirmation System to Standardize the Use of Medical Insurance Funds

目的设计开发一套智能康复治疗确认系统,杜绝在康复服务中可能存在骗取医保基金的某些环节。方法以移动医疗管理技术与医院HIS无缝对接,开发以功能障碍为导向的康复治疗医嘱模块,以IC卡刷卡形式让患者或代理人核对确认完成康复治疗,以云技术处理存储数据。结果使用康复治疗智能确认系统后使整个刷卡过程科学严谨、真实有效,且保障了数据的安全和日常工作正常运作。结论优化治疗医嘱,规范治疗程序,确保医疗同质化,保障数据实时、真实、安全,遏制医保骗保问题。

Objective To design and develop a set of intelligent rehabilitation treatment confirmation system to eliminate some links in the rehabilitation service that may defraud medical insurance funds.Methods The mobile medical management technology was seamlessly connected with the hospital HIS,and a dysfunction-oriented rehabilitation treatment order module was developed.In the form of an IC card swipe,the patient or agent was checked to confirm the completion of the rehabilitation treatment,and the cloud technology was used to process the stored data.Results After using the rehabilitation treatment intelligent confirmation system,the entire card swiping process was scientifically rigorous,true and effective,and the security of data and the normal operation of daily work were guaranteed.Conclusion Optimizing treatment orders,standardizing treatment procedures,ensuring homogenization of medical treatment,ensuring real-time,authentic and safe data,and curbing medical insurance fraud.
