“互联网+”背景下南充市大型综合三甲医院微信公众平台就医模式现状探析

An Analysis of the Current Situation of the Medical Service Model of WeChat Public Platform in Nanchong's Large Comprehensive Top Three Hospitals under the Background of"Internet+"

目的探讨“互联网+”微信公众平台对患者就医模式的影响。方法采用调研方法,对南充市省属三级综合医院进行调查及数据统计分析。结果目前微信公众平台开通了医院概况及动态、就医指南、挂号、缴费、满意度调查、报告查阅、专家排班、智能导诊、我的门诊、我的住院、我的二维码、绑定就诊卡,其服务范畴覆盖了就诊前、就诊中及就诊后,但仍有一些缺陷需要完善。结论微信公众平台使医院对传统就医模式进行转变,对医患双方均有较大的影响,降低了患者就医时间成本,提高了患者的就医体验,节省了更多医疗资源,提高医院的运营效率,但仍需加强在线服务功能,提升医患互动,延伸医院服务能力。

Objective To explore the influence of the“Internet+”WeChat public platform on the medical treatment pattern of patients.Methods Using research methods,the survey and statistical analysis of the three-level general hospitals in Nanchong City were conducted.Results At present,the WeChat public platform has opened the hospital overview and development,medical treatment guidelines,registration,payment,satisfaction survey,report review,expert scheduling,intelligent guidance,my outpatient clinic,my hospitalization,my two-dimensional code,binding the service card,which cover the pre-treatment,during and after treatment,but there are still some defects that need to be improved.Conclusion WeChat public platform to the hospital to the traditional medical model transformation,the patient has great influence on both sides,the hospitalized time to reduce costs,improve the patient's medical treatment experience,saves more medical resources,improve the operating efficiency of the hospital,but still need to strengthen the online services,improve doctor-patient interaction,extension of hospital service ability.
