郑州市老年慢病患者对社区卫生服务的利用情况调查

Investigation on the Utilization of Community Health Services by Elderly Patients with Chronic Diseases in Zhengzhou

目的了解郑州市老年慢病患者对社区卫生服务的利用情况调查。方法采用偶遇抽样、访问等方法,随机对郑州市6个区的160例老年慢病患者进行调查,了解郑州市老年慢病患者对社区卫生服务的利用情况。结果就医途径上来看,41.25%的受访慢病老人首选社区卫生服务机构,在就诊距离、候诊时间上对社区卫生服务机构较为满意。公共卫生服务方面,有31%的人知晓已建立健康档案;66%的受访慢性病老人表示接受过体检、量血压、测血糖等慢病筛查,但仅有19%的受访者表示有进行过社区复诊;38%的受访老人表示接受过健康教育活动。结论郑州市社区卫生服务功能尚未健全,在老年慢病管理中的作用不足,重医疗服务,轻保健、预防、健康指导的现象依然存在。社区卫生服务中心要主动作为,加大宣传,通过开展基础医疗,落实国家公共卫生要求,做好慢病管理,提高老年慢病患者对社区卫生服务的利用满意度。

Objective To investigate the utilization of community health services by elderly patients with chronic diseases in Zhengzhou.Methods Using random sampling and interview methods,a random survey of 160 elderly chronically ill patients in 6 districts of Zhengzhou City was conducted to understand the use of community health services by elderly chronically ill patients in Zhengzhou City.Results From the point of view of medical treatment,41.25%of the elderly chronically ill interviewed preferred the community health service organization,and were satisfied with the community health service organization in terms of distance and waiting time.In terms of public health services,31%of people knew that a health file has been established;66%of the elderly people with chronic illnesses who have said they have received screening for chronic diseases such as medical examination,blood pressure measurement,and blood glucose measurement,but only 19%of the respondents said that they have conducted a follow-up visit to the community;38%of the elderly interviewed indicated that they had received health education activities.Conclusion The function of community health service in Zhengzhou City is not yet perfect,and its role in the management of chronic diseases in the elderly is insufficient.The phenomenon of emphasizing medical services and neglecting health care,prevention and health guidance still exists.Community health service centers should take the initiative,increase publicity,implement basic public health,implement national public health requirements,do chronic disease management,and increase the satisfaction of elderly chronic disease patients with the use of community health services.
