磷霉素氨丁三醇散治疗难治性包皮龟头炎研究

Study of Fosfomycin Tromethamine Powder on Refractory Foreskin Balanitis

目的难治性包皮龟头炎临床治疗较为困难,该文主要对磷霉素氨丁三醇散治疗效果进行分析。方法该次实验对象方便选择为前来该院完成难治性包皮龟头炎的患者,入选时间为2018年6月—2019年6月,随机选择例数为56例,将参与该次实验的患者依据随机数字表法完成分组工作,其中28例患者为实验组采用磷霉素氨丁三醇散进行治疗,28例患者为对照组采用常规疗法完成治疗,对比两组患者包皮龟头红肿、糜烂、溢液、疼痛、结痂消失时间、痊愈时间,治疗效果及不良反应。结果实验组患者临床症状消失时间为[(2.36±0.78)d、(3.62±0.21)d、(2.11±0.67)d、(2.61±0.36)d、(5.16±1.02)d、(6.25±1.32)d]显著较短,差异有统计学意义(t=8.820、59.118、11.666、19.109、7.669、6.117,P<0.05);完成两组患者的不良反应、治疗效果对比,实验组治疗效果较高(96.43%),不良反应较低(0.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.082、4.308,P=0.043、0.038)。结论针对难治性包皮龟头炎采用磷霉素氨丁三醇散完成治疗,可获得较为显着的效果,促进患者康复,且安全性极高。

Objective Clinical treatment of refractory foreskin balanitis is difficult.This article mainly analyzes the therapeutic effect of fosfomycin trometamol powder.Methods The subjects of this experiment were convenient selected as patients who came to the hospital to complete refractory foreskin balanitis.The enrollment time was from June 2018 to June 2019.The number of randomly selected cases was 56.The patients who will participate in this experiment,according to the random number table method,the grouping work was completed.Among them,28 patients were treated with fosfomycin tromethamine powder in the experimental group,and 28 patients were treated with conventional therapy in the control group.Compare the redness,erosion,erosion,Discharge time,pain,scab disappearing time,healing time,treatment effect and adverse reactions.Results The clinical symptom disappearance time of the experimental group was[(2.36±0.78)d,(3.62±0.21)d,(2.11±0.67)d,(2.61±0.36)d,(5.16±1.02)d,(6.25±1.32)d]was significantly shorter,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.820,59.118,11.666,19.109,7.669,6.117,P<0.05);completed the adverse reactions and treatment of two groups,compared with the effect,the experimental group had a higher treatment effect(96.43%)and a lower adverse reaction(0.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.082,4.308,P=0.043,0.038).Conclusion The treatment of refractory foreskin balanitis with fosfomycin tromethamine powder can achieve a more significant effect,promote patient recovery,and has a very high safety.
