牙周基础治疗对药物性牙龈增生的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Basic Periodontal Therapy on Drug-induced Gingival Hyperplasia

目的研究分析牙周基础治疗对药物性牙龈增生的临床效果。方法方便选择该院2016年6月—2018年6月钙拮抗剂引起的牙龈增生患者30例,所有患者均无其他全身病史。采用术前口腔卫生指导、龈上洁治术、龈下刮治和根面平整术、半年1次维护治疗,分别记录治疗前和治疗后1个月、3个月、半年、1年、3年、5年菌斑指数、出血指数、探诊深度。全部患者观察至少5年。结果在临床观察过程中,患者的临床症状:刷牙出血、口腔异味、牙龈肿大等不断改善,观察期间牙周检查指数持续下降(P<0.01),牙龈增生持续改善。患者治疗前出血指标(2.54±0.31),治疗5年后出血指标(0.55±0.16);治疗前菌斑指数(1.48±0.38),治疗5年后菌斑指数(0.25±0.11);治疗前牙龈增生指数(2.82±0.39)mm,治疗5年后牙龈增生指数(0.49±0.12)mm,明显改善牙龈增生指数、出血指数、菌斑指数。结论钙拮抗剂引起的牙龈增生患者采用牙周基础治疗进行治疗,治疗效果明显。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of basic periodontal therapy on drug-induced gingival hyperplasia.Methods Thirty patients with gingival hyperplasia caused by calcium antagonists in the hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were convenient selected,and all patients had no other systemic history.Use preoperative oral hygiene guidance,supragingival cleansing,subgingival curettage and root planing,semi-annual maintenance treatment,and record pre-treatment and 1-month,3-month,semi-annual,1-year,3-year treatment,5-year plaque index,bleeding index,depth of exploration.All patients were observed for at least 5 years.Results During the clinical observation,the clinical symptoms of the patient:bleeding,tooth odor,and swollen gums continued to improve during the observation periodontal examination index continued to decline(P<0.01),and gingival hyperplasia continued to improve.Patient bleeding index before treatment(2.54±0.31),bleeding index after 5 years of treatment(0.55±0.16);plaque index before treatment(1.48±0.38),plaque index after 5 years of treatment(0.25±0.11);gum hyperplasia index before treatment(2.82±0.39)mm,the gum hyperplasia index(0.49±0.12)mm after 5 years of treatment,significantly improved gingival hyperplasia index,bleeding index,plaque index.Conclusion Patients with gingival hyperplasia caused by calcium antagonists are treated with basic periodontal therapy,and the treatment effect is obviously.
