腹腔镜探查在疑难急腹症中的诊治应用探讨

目的讨论在疑难急腹症患者的临床诊治过程中应用腹腔镜探查方式进行探查处理的应用价值。方法方便选取2015年1月—2019年10月于该院实施诊治处理的疑难急腹症患者42例,整理患者的临床诊治资料并对相关资料展开回顾性整合分析,记录患者的腹腔镜探查情况、腹腔镜探查诊断的精准度及临床治疗情况。结果经腹腔镜探查后,发现急性阑尾炎、急性胆囊炎、小肠梗阻、结肠肿瘤、十二指肠憩室穿孔、小肠穿孔等症状的对应例数分别为16例、13例、5例、5例、1例、2例,腹腔镜探查的总体诊断精准度为92.86%。结论在疑难急腹症患者的临床诊治过程中应用腹腔镜探查方式进行探查处理,临床应用价值十分理想。腹腔镜探查方式能够快速明确病因,降低剖腹探查的盲目性,同时能够为后续的临床治疗方案提供科学、可靠的数据支持,确保临床治疗的有效性与及时性。

Objective To discuss the application value of laparoscopic exploration in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with difficult acute abdomen.Methods Summarize 42 patients with difficult acute abdomen who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2015 to October 2019 were convenienty selected organize the clinical diagnosis and treatment data of patients and carry out retrospective integrated analysis of relevant data,and record the laparoscopic exploration of patients of the accuracy of laparoscopic exploration diagnosis and clinical treatment.Results After laparoscopic exploration,the corresponding cases of acute appendicitis,acute cholecystitis,small bowel obstruction,colon tumor,duodenal diverticulum perforation,small bowel perforation and other symptoms were 16 cases,13 cases,5 cases,5 cases,1 case,2 cases,the overall diagnostic accuracy of laparoscopic exploration was 92.86%.Conclusion In the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with difficult acute abdomen,the application of laparoscopic exploration method for exploration and treatment has very good clinical application value.Laparoscopy can quickly identify the cause,reduce the blindness of laparotomy,and provide scientific and reliable data support for subsequent clinical treatment programs to ensure the effectiveness and timeliness of clinical treatment.
