慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者睡眠质量现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of Sleep Quality Status and Influencing Factors in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨AECOPD患者睡眠质量,分析其影响因素,为构建有针对性的睡眠护理干预措施提供理论依据。方法采用便利取样法选取某三甲医院2019年5—7月呼吸内科收治138例入院诊断为AECOPD的患者为研究对象,利用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、社会支持量表及一般资料调查表进行调查。结果AECOPD患者睡眠质量得分为(9.59±3.21)分,75%的AECOPD患者睡眠质量总分>7分;吸烟、文化程度以及急性发作的次数是导致患者睡眠障碍主要影响因素(t=-3.240、9.345、4.845,P=0.002、0.000、0.000<0.05)。患者社会支持总分与PSQI睡眠质量量表总得分呈负相关。结论COPD患者的睡眠质量受文化程度与疾病急性发作次数、社会支持程度等多因素的影响。医护人员应关注AECOPD患者的睡眠问题,在综合考虑其身心特点的基础上,进行睡眠护理干预,以改善其睡眠与生活质量。

Objective To explore the sleep quality of AECOPD patients,analyze the influencing factors,and provide theoretical basis for constructing targeted sleep nursing interventions.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 138 patients admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine from May 2019 to July 2019 in the Department of Respiratory Medicine who were diagnosed as"AECOPD"as the research object.Conduct a survey on the data questionnaire.Results The sleep quality score of AECOPD patients was(9.59±3.21)points,75% of patients with AECOPD had a total sleep quality score was greater than 7;smoking,education,and the number of acute attacks were the main influencing factors of patients with sleep disorders(t=-3.240,9.345,4.845,P=0.002,0.000,0.000<0.05).The total score of patients'social support was negatively correlated with the total score of PSQI sleep quality scale.Conclusion The sleep quality of patients with COPD is affected by many factors such as education level,number of acute attacks,and social support.Medical staff should pay attention to the sleep problems of AECOPD patients,and carry out sleep nursing intervention on the basis of comprehensive consideration of their physical and mental characteristics to improve their sleep and quality of life.
