分析氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片对高血压合并冠心病的治疗效果

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Amlodipine Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets on Hypertension with Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究分析氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片对高血压合并冠心病的治疗效果。方法方便选取该院于2018年9月—2019年9月接收的88例高血压合并冠心病患者为例,将之随机分成两组,一组为常规组,单纯用氨氯地平治疗,另一组为研究组,联合应用氨氯地平与阿托伐他汀钙片。结果研究组高血压疗效优于常规组(93.18%vs 72.73%),(χ^2=13.510,P<0.05);研究组冠心病疗效优于常规组(95.45%vs 75.00%),(χ^2=14.725,P<0.05);用药后研究组血脂指标TG(4.2±0.2)mmol/L、TC(1.8±0.1)mmol/L、HDL-C(1.7±0.4)mmol/L、LDL-C(3.2±0.1)mmol/L、Hcy(15.5±3.2)mmol/L、Apelin(1.4±0.3)μg/L与常规组差异有统计学意义(t=18.262、19.023、17.567、16.443、9.438、8.237,P<0.05);两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(4.55%vs 6.82%),(χ^2=0.246,P>0.05)。结论服用氨氯地平的同时,为高血压合并冠心病患者加用阿托伐他汀钙片,可显著改善患者血压、血脂、心功能,且未增加不良反应,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets on hypertension with coronary heart disease.Methods Taking 88 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease received by the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 as an example,they were convenient selection randomly divided into two groups,one group was called the conventional group,and was treated with amlodipine alone as the research group,used amlodipine in combination with atorvastatin calcium tablets.Results The efficacy of hypertension in the study group was better than that in the conventional group(93.18%vs 72.73%),(χ^2=13.510,P<0.05);the efficacy of coronary heart disease in the study group was better than the conventional group(95.45%vs 75.00%),(χ^2=14.725,P<0.05);Blood lipid index TG(4.2±0.2)mmol/L,TC(1.8±0.1)mmol/L,HDL-C(1.7±0.4)mmol/L,LDL-C(3.2±0.1)mmol/L,Hcy(15.5±3.2)mmol/L,Apelin(1.4±0.3)μg/L were statistically significantly different from the conventional group(t=18.262,19.023,17.567,16.443,9.438,8.237,P<0.05);adverse reactions in the two groups had no statistically significantly difference(4.55%vs 6.82%),(χ^2=0.246,P>0.05).Conclusion At the same time of taking amlodipine,adding atorvastatin calcium tablets to patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease can significantly improve blood pressure,blood lipids,cardiac function,and does not increase adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical reference.
