全身麻醉苏醒期患者中舒适护理联合优质护理的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comfort Nursing Combined with High-quality Nursing in Patients under General Anesthesia

目的分析全身麻醉苏醒期患者中舒适护理联合优质护理的应用效果。方法方便选取该院麻醉复苏室127例行全身麻醉手术且处于苏醒期患者为研究对象,选取时间为2017年9月—2019年8月,随机分为实验组(n=64)、参照组(n=63),分别予以常规护理干预、舒适护理联合优质护理干预,分析应用效果。结果实验组自主呼吸恢复时间为(7.38±2.19)min,拔管时间为(29.58±6.64)min,术后离开复苏室时间为(11.12±1.02)min,参照组自主呼吸恢复时间为(7.41±3.12)min,拔管时间为(43.59±11.08)min,术后离开复苏室时间为(15.87±1.84)min除自主呼吸恢复时间两组组间差异无统计学意义(t=0.063,P=0.475),拔管时间、术后离开复苏室时间两组组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.659、18.030,P=0.000、0.000);护理后,实验组舒适度评分、HAMA、HAMD评分分别为(97.54±8.19)分、(13.89±3.15)分、(16.17±3.26)分,参照组分别为(85.97±3.32)分、(19.28±3.33)分、(20.14±2.29)分,两组组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=10.463、9.372、7.930,P=0.000、0.000、0.000);实验组不良反应总发生率为3.13%,参照组不良反应总发生率为12.70%,两组组间不良反应比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.011,P=0.045)。结论对全身麻醉苏醒期患者应用舒适护理联合优质护理,护理效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of comfortable nursing combined with high-quality nursing in the recovery period of patients under general anesthesia.Methods 127 patients in the anesthesia recovery room of the hospital who were undergoing general anesthesia and were in the recovery period were convenient selected as the research object.The selection time was from September 2017 to August 2019.The patients were divided into two groups,namely the experimental group(n=63)and the control group,to provide routine nursing intervention,comfortable nursing combined with high-quality nursing intervention,and analyze the application effect.Results The recovery time of spontaneous breathing in the experimental group was(7.38±2.19)min,the extubation time was(29.58±6.64)min,the time after leaving the recovery room was(11.12±1.02)min,and the recovery time of spontaneous breathing in the reference group was(7.41±3.12)min,the time for extubation was(43.59±11.08)min,and the time to leave the recovery room after surgery was(15.87±1.84)min except for the spontaneous breath recovery time,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(t=0.063,P=0.475),the time of extubation and the time of leaving the recovery room after operation were significantly different between the two groups(t=8.659,18.030,P=0.000,0.000);after nursing,the experimental group comfort score,HAMA,HAMD The scores were(97.54±8.19)points,(13.89±3.15)points,(16.17±3.26)points,the reference group were(85.97±3.32)points,(19.28±3.33)points,(20.14±2.29)points,there were statistically significant differences between the groups(t=10.463,9.372,7.930,P=0.000,0.000,0.000);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.13%,and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group was 12.70%,and there were statistically significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^2=4.011,P=0.045).Conclusion Comfortable nursing combined with high-quality nursing is applied to patients in the recovery period under general anesthesia,and the nursing effect is significant.
