切开引流术治疗急性乳腺炎的护理干预效果观察分析

Observation and Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Acute Mastitis with Open Drainage

目的分析护理干预在切开引流术治疗急性乳腺炎患者中的临床效果。方法方便择取在该院进行治疗的急性乳腺炎患者纳入观察,时间选取区间为2017年2月—2018年2月,受检数合计为82例,根据中心归类原则将其等分为参照组(行常规护理)和实验组(行护理干预),每组41例,将两组患者的并发症发生率、疼痛程度评分及心理状况作为观察内容,对比其差异性。结果实验组的并发症发生率为7.32%显著低于参照组24.39%(χ^2=4.479,P<0.05);实验组在6、12、18、24 h的疼痛评分均低于参照组(t=3.540,P=0.001;t=4.592,P=0.000;t=4.516,P=0.000;t=4.546,P=0.000);实验组的抑郁评分低于参照组(t=6.247,P=0.000),同时实验组的抑郁评分也比参照组低(t=6.974,P=0.000)。结论护理干预在实施切开引流术治疗的急性乳腺炎患者中,有助于改善患者的不良心理,减少并发症的发生风险,缓解疼痛程度,具有理想的临床价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with acute mastitis by incision and drainage.Methods Patients with acute mastitis treated in the hospital were convenient selected for observation.The time selection period was February 2017-February 2018,and the total number of examinations was 82 cases.According to the principle of central classification,they were equally divided into reference group(conventional nursing)and experimental group(nursing intervention),there were 41 patients in each group.The incidence of complications,pain score and psychological status of the two groups of patients were used as observation contents to compare their differences.Results The complication rate of the experimental group was 7.32%,which was significantly lower than that of the reference group,24.39%(χ^2=4.479,P<0.05);the pain scores of the experimental group at 6,12,18,and 24 h were all lower than that of the referencegroup(t=3.540,P=0.001;t=4.592,P=0.000;t=4.516,P=0.000;t=4.546,P=0.000);experimental group's depression score was lower than the reference group(t=6.247,P=0.000),and the depression score of the experimental group was also lower than the reference group(t=6.974,P=0.000).Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with acute mastitis undergoing incision and drainage can help to improve the patients'unhealthy psychology,reduce the risk of complications,and relieve pain,and has ideal clinical value.
