社会主义核心价值观是实现政治认同的重要意识形态资源,也是城镇居民增进政治认同的思想基础和价值支撑。在社会转型背景下,社会主义核心价值观是城镇居民坚定政治价值理念的“转换器”、遵守认同制度规则的“调节器”、规范政治参与行为的“校正器”。但城镇居民对社会主义核心价值观存在认知偏差、绩效不满、知行脱节等误区,由此不断淡化、弱化甚至消解着城镇居民固有的政治认同。因此,依托社会主义核心价值观增进城镇居民政治认同需要采取以下措施:还原社会主义核心价值观本义,端正城镇居民政治认知;发挥社会主义核心价值观效能,提振城镇居民政治信心;落实社会主义核心价值观举措,强化城镇居民政治行为。

Socialist core values?are an important ideological resource for realizing political identity,as well as the ideological foundation and value support for urban residents to enhance their political identity.In the context of social transformation,the socialist core values are the“translator”for urban residents to firm up their political values,the“regulator”for abiding by the rules of the identification system,and the“corrector”for regulating political participation.However,urban residents have misunderstandings such as cognitive deviations,dissatisfaction with performance,and disconnection of knowledge and behavior towards the core values of socialism,which have continuously weakened,weakened and even dispelled the inherent political identity of urban residents.Therefore,relying on the core socialist values to enhance the political identity of urban residents requires the following measures:restore the original meaning of the core socialist values,correct the political cognition of urban residents;give play to the effectiveness of the core socialist values,and boost the political confidence of urban residents;implement the socialist core values Measures to strengthen the political behavior of urban residents.
