摘要
法国高等教育体系具有多元化,结构复杂,学位种类独特等特点,其管理体系与我国的管理体系有很多的相同之处,在质量保障方面一直进行积极探索,对我国高等教育与高等教育质量保障的发展具有借鉴意义。通过对法国高等教育和质量保障体系的分析,总结了法国高等级教育质量保障对我国的启示,分别是完善高等教育质量保障的法制机制,依法治教,学习精英教育理念,培养高层次人才,加强校企合作,创新育人理念,加强校企合作,创新育人理念制定认证标准,兼顾教育公平与效率,建立多元化的高等教育质量保障体系,加强中外合作办学,明确质量保障要求。
Higher education system in France has the characteristics of diversification,complex structure and unique types of degrees.Its management system has many similarities with China.France has been actively exploring in quality assurance of higher education,which has reference significance for China.This paper summarizes the enlightenment through the analysis of French higher education and its quality assurance system.It is proposed to improve the legal system for quality assurance of higher education and administer education in accordance with the law.Colleges should obey the elite education concept to cultivate high-level talents and strengthen college-enterprise cooperation with innovative talent cultivation concept.It is suggested to formulate certification standards by giving consideration to educational fairness and efficiency in order to establish a diversified quality assurance system for higher education.In addition,college should emphasize Chinese-foreign cooperation in running college and clarify the specific requirements for quality assurance.
