Exploration of a New Mode of Practical Teaching for the Major of Business Administration in Technical Colleges

近年来经济快速发展,企业对工商管理专业人才素质提出了新的要求。目前技工院校工商管理专业人才教学停留在传统教学模式,应加强实践教学模式的设计,创新实践教学体系,提高学生的职业素质和岗位适应能力。

With the rapid development of economy in recent years,enterprises have put forward new requirements for the quality of business administration professionals.At present,the teaching mode of business administration in technical colleges remains in the traditional teaching mode.This paper proposes that colleges should promote the design of practical teaching mode and innovate the practical teaching system in order to improve students'professional quality and post adaptability.
