Practice Approach for Party Committee of Customs District to Implement Primary Responsibility of Full and Rigorous Governance over the Party

2020年3月,中共中央办公厅印发《党委(党组)落实全面从严治党主体责任规定》,对党委(党组)落实全面从严治党主体责任的总体要求、责任内容、责任落实、监督追责等作出具体规范。本文结合海关实践,通过对形势要求、现状问题的分析,从明确内容体系、强化落实体系、健全支撑体系三个方面,阐述直属海关党委如何落实好全面从严治党主体责任。

In March 2020,General Office of the CPC Central Committee issued the"Provisions for the Party Committee(Leading Party Members Group)to Implement the Primary Responsibility of Full and Rigorous Governance over the Party",which makes specifications for the general requirement,contents of responsibility,implementation of responsibility and supervision and accountability.Taking customs practice into consideration,this article,through analysis of the circumstances and requirements,and current problems,expounds on how Party Committee of customs district implements primary responsibility of full and rigorous governance over the Party from three aspects:clarifying content system,strengthening implementation system,and improving supporting system.
