摘要
分子光谱技术是一种准确度高且快速简便的检测技术,运用于口岸现场出入境物品查验可辅助查验人员进行快速筛查,迅速判断物品成分与报关信息是否相符。本文建立了一种基于分子光谱技术的出入境物品无损快速检测技术,并研究了其在化学制品和生物制品检测中的应用。该技术无损快速、操作简单,化学制品类物品准确度达到91.3%,每个样品无损一键检测的时长约5 xs。该技术在各海关口岸出入境物品查验环节有广泛应用前景,能有效避免高风险出入境物品申报不符带来的潜在威胁。
Molecular spectroscopy is a highly accurate,fast and simple analytical methodology,which can be used in the field inspection of import and export goods at customs ports,thus helping inspectors quickly judge whether the composition of goods is consistent with declaration information.Herein,a rapid and non-destructive inspection technique for entry-exit goods based on molecular spectroscopy was established,and its application in the chemicals and biological products was investigated systematically.The technique was non-destructive,fast and easy to operate.The accuracy for chemical products was 91.3%,while the detection speed was approximately 5 seconds for each sample.This technique could be widely applied in goods inspection at customs ports,and profoundly avoid the potential threat caused by declaration inconsistency.
