摘要
目的:探索“互联网+”医联体背景下分级诊疗的系统动力学影响因素。方法:建立分级诊疗系统动力学模型,通过干预靶点进行模型仿真。结果:模型中的六个干预靶点均能不同程度提升基层首诊人次数。结论:在“互联网+”医联体背景下,应从提升基层服务能力、推进“互联网+”建设、实施紧密型医联体建设、探索新型医保支付方式等方面,促进分级诊疗实施。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of system dynamics of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment under"Internet+"medical alliance.Methods Establish a dynamic model of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,and simulate the model through intervention targets.Results The six intervention targets in the model can increase the number of primary diagnosis to different degrees.Conclusion By"Internet+"medical alliance,we should promote the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in terms of improving primary service capabilities,promoting the construction of"Internet+",implementing a close medical alliance,and exploring new medical insurance payment methods.
