摘要
中医医联体是实现分级诊疗的重要途径,但在实践过程中面临着一些问题,如对中医医疗机构功能定位的引导作用有限、中医适宜技术发展不均衡、中药制剂品种缩减且难以共享、中医人才匮乏等。对此,提出建议:加强政策引导,明确中医医院定位;中医适宜技术和中药制剂共享;利用中医医联体平台,加快中医人才队伍建设。
The TCM medical community is an important way to achieve grading diagnosis and treatment,but there are some problems in the process of practice,such as limited guidance for the functional positioning of TCM medical institutions,unbalanced development of suitable technologies for TCM,variety of TCM preparations shrinks and difficult to share,and lack of talents,and so on.In this regard,this study makes a few suggestions,such as strengthen policy guidance,clarify the positioning of TCM hospitals,appropriate sharing of TCM technology and TCM preparations,accelerate the construction of TCM talent team by using the TCM community platform.
