继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者甲状旁腺切除术的麻醉 被引量：4

摘要 当药物治疗效果不佳或患者不能耐受高甲状旁腺素(parathyroid hormone,PTH)的不良反应时,甲状旁腺切除术(parathyroidectomy,PTx)成为继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(secondary hyperparathyroidism,SHPT)的有效治疗措施[1]。研究显示,手术治疗的治愈率高达99.4%[2]。PTx可稳定血钙水平与PTH水平、改善慢性肾脏病-矿物质和骨代谢紊乱(chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder,CKDMBD)、使SHPT患者的全因死亡率和心血管并发症死亡率分别降低34%和41%[3]。
