大数据背景下的公立医院收费管理研究

近几年计算机的发展、物联网的进步和大数据的支持,使得医疗基础平台得以实现新的构建,进而为患者提供更多的医疗服务,提供更高的医疗服务质量.但也出现了一系列财务漏洞和以往未出现过的问题.为进一步规范医院的收费管理情况,该文就大数据背景下的公立医院的收费管理进行研究,并找出目前公立医院常见的收费管理问题,提出相应的改进措施.

The existing medical conditions can no longer meet the needs of patients,so a series of emerged Medical contradictions.However,in recent years,the development of computers,the advancement of the Internet of Things,and the support of big data have enabled the new construction of medical basic platforms,which in turn provides more medical services for patients and provides higher quality of medical services.A series of financial loopholes and problems that have not occurred in the past have also appeared.Therefore,in order to further standardize the management of charges in hospitals,this article studies the charge management of public hospitals in the context of big data,finds out the current charge management problems common in public hospitals,and proposes corresponding improvement measures.
