规范质量管理体系在核医学放射防护管理中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Standardized Quality Management System in Nuclear Medicine Radiation Protection Management

目的 探究核医学放射防护管理中规范质量管理体系的应用价值.方法 选择于该院2018年7月—2019年7月核医学科接受放射诊断及治疗的186例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,对照组以常规模式进行核医学放射防护管理,研究组则基于质量管理体系予以规范化管理,比较管理效果.结果 研究组的医护人员满意率为100.0%,与对照组80.00%的满意率比较显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总不良反应发生率为4.30%,较对照组11.83%的不良反应发生率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 核医学放射应用中规范质量管理体系有助于提高防护管理效果,提高满意度,降低不良反应发生率.

Objective To explore the application value of standardized quality management system in nuclear medicine radiological protection management.Methods A total of 186 patients from July 2018 to July 2019 who underwent radiological diagnosis and treatment in the nuclear medicine department of the hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a study group and a control group by random number table method.Standardize management based on quality management system and compare management effects.Results The satisfaction rate of medical staff in the research group was 100.0%,which was significantly higher than the satisfaction rate of 80.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate in the research group was 4.30%,which was 11.83%compared with the control group.The rate was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardizing the quality management system in the application of nuclear medicine radiology helps to improve the effectiveness of protection management,increase satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
