运用PDCA循环管理模式降低肿瘤高龄患者跌倒发生率的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Using PDCA Circulation Management Mode to Reduce the Incidence of Falls in Elderly Patients with Tumor

目的 分析降低肿瘤高龄患者跌倒发生率时采用PDCA循环管理模式最终效果.方法 择取该院在2018年1月—2019年7月收治的94例患者,根据患者就诊先后顺序分为对比组和观察组,每组患者47例,对比组患者行常规管理模式,观察组患者行PDCA循环管理模式对比两组患者最终治疗效果.结果 分析两组患者护理管理前后出现跌倒事件概率、管理前后肿瘤科医护人员对该院肿瘤高龄患者跌倒预防工作自我评价,观察组患者管理干预后各项指标情况好于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在降低肿瘤高龄患者出现跌倒时间工作中应用PDCA循环管理模式有着良好的作用.

Objective To analyze the final effect of using PDCA cycle management mode to reduce the incidence of falls in elderly patients with tumors.Methods A total of 94 patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were tested.All patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the order of their visits.Each group had 47 patients.In the conventional management mode,patients in the observation group underwent PDCA cycle management mode to compare the final treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results Analysis of the probability of a fall event before and after the nursing management of the two groups of patients in our hospital.The medical staff of the oncology department before and after the management self-evaluated the fall prevention work of the elderly patients with tumors in our hospital.The observation indicators of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management model has a good effect in reducing the fall time of elderly patients with tumors.
