目标管理模式在外科护理管理工作中的应用分析

目的 研究目标管理模式在外科护理管理当中的应用价值以及应用效果.方法 选取该院工作的外科护理人员30名,实验研究的时间范围为2017年7月—2019年7月,采用随机抽签分组法将这些工作人员分为目标管理组与常规管理组,其中目标管理组工作人员15名,常规管理组工作人员15名,目标管理组工作人员采用目标管理模式进行管理,常规管理组工作人员采用常规管理模式进行管理,将两组工作人员的理论成绩以及操作考试成绩、护理满意度、绩效优秀率以及护理意外事件发生率进行比较.结果 ①目标管理组工作人员的理论成绩以及操作考试成绩高于常规管理组工作人员,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).②目标管理组工作人员对护理工作的满意度高于常规管理组工作人员,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).③目标管理组工作人员的绩效优秀率高于优于常规管理组,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).④目标管理组工作人员的护理意外事件发生率低于常规护理组工作人员.两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 有效的在外科护理管理工作当中应用目标管理模式,可以较大程度上提高护理工作人员的理论能力以及操作能力,提高患者的护理满意度,提高医护工作人员的工作水平,降低护理工作当中的护理意外事件发生率.

Objective To study the application value and effect of goal management mode in surgical nursing management.Methods Thirty surgical nurses working in the hospital were selected.The time range of this experimental study was from July,2017 to July 2019.These workers were divided into target management group and routine management group by random drawing,of which 15 cases were in the target management group and 15 were in the routine management group.The target management group was managed using the target management model.The general management group was managed using the regular management model.The theoretical results and operation test scores,satisfaction,excellent performance rate,and the incidence of nursing accidents were compared.Results 1.The theoretical and operational scores of the staff in the target management group were higher than those in the regular management group,and the data between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).2.The satisfaction of nursing staff in the target management group was higher than that in the routine management group,and the data between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).3.The performance excellence rate of the staff in the target management group was higher than that in the conventional management group,and the data between the two groups is significantly different(P<0.05).4.The incidence of nursing accidents of the staff of the target management group was lower than that of the staff of the conventional care group.The data between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of target management mode in the management of surgical nursing can greatly improve the theoretical ability and operation ability of nursing staff,improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,improve the working level of medical staff,and reduce nursing work.The incidence of nursing accidents.
