眼科住院患者护理管理中安全管理路径的应用

Application of Safety Management Pathways in the Management of Inpatient Ophthalmic Care

目的 研究眼科住院患者在护理管理期间实施安全管理路径产生的临床应用效果.方法 选择2017年2月—2019年2月该院收治的80例眼科住院患者.根据单双病号分组,将患者分为实验组和参照组,各40例,参照组实施常规护理,实验组实施护理安全管理,对比两组患者护理管理效果.结果 ①实验组眼科住院临床基础护理理论、护理文书书写、护理技术操作等数据合格率均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).②实验组眼科住院患者临床护理满意总有效率(95.00%)高于参照组(67.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).③实验组护理风险事件发生率(7.50%)低于参照组(37.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 眼科住院患者在护理管理期间实施安全管理路径,可以改善护理服务质量,提高患者护理满意度.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical effects of implementing a safe management pathway during care management for ophthalmic inpatients.Methods Eighty ophthalmic inpatients admitted to the hospital were selected for the study time frame from February 2017 to February 2019.The patients were divided into the experimental group and the reference group according to the single and double disease number,40 cases each,and the reference group implemented routine care and the experimental group implemented nursing safety management.Results 1.The experimental group of ophthalmology inpatient clinical basic nursing theory,nursing instrument writing,nursing technology operation and other data pass rate are higher than the reference group,the difference between groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The total efficiency of clinical care satisfaction of ophthalmic inpatients in the experimental group(95.00%)was higher than that of the reference group(67.50%),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The incidence of nursing risk events was lower in the experimental group(7.50%)than in the reference group(37.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of a safety management pathway during care management for ophthalmic inpatients improves the quality of care delivery and patient care satisfaction.
