摘要
目的 观察儿科病房管理中采用精细化管理的价值与效果.方法 纳入2018年7月—2019年8月期间该院儿科病房收治的78例患儿,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,39例/组,分别采用常规管理和精细化管理,比较两组儿科病房的整体管理质量.结果 观察组基础护理合格率(100.00%)、护理记录正确率(97.44%)、护理安全管理合格率(97.44%)、业务考核合格率(97.44%)均高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的护理纠纷率(2.56%)和投诉率(0.00%)均低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组总体满意度(87.42±12.11)分、护理操作满意度(24.13±11.33)分、护理服务态度满意度(23.13±3.43)分、住院环境满意度(22.36±3.10)分和健康教育满意度(21.51±2.44)分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 儿科病房管理中采用精细化管理效果确切,可以提升科室整体护理管理质量.
Objective To observe the value and effect of using refined management in the management of pediatric wards.Methods Seventy-eight cases of patients admitted to the hospital's pediatric ward between July 2018 and August 2019 were included,and they were divided into control and observation groups using the random number tabulation method,and 39 cases/group,and the overall management quality of 2 groups of pediatric wards was compared using routine and refined management,respectively.Results The pass rate of basic nursing care(100.00%),correct nursing record(97.44%),nursing safety management(97.44%)and business assessment(97.44%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of nursing disputes(2.56%)and complaints(0.00%)were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Overall satisfaction(87.42±12.11)points,nursing operation satisfaction(24.13±11.33)points,nursing service attitude satisfaction(23.13±3.43)points,hospital environment satisfaction(22.36±3.10)points and health education satisfaction(21.51±2.44)points were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of refinement in the management of paediatric wards can improve the overall quality of care management in the department and is worth promoting.
