摘要
住院结算管理是医院发展过程中至关重要的一项工作,把控着医院经济命脉.该文从信息化水平、患者欠款现象、医院部门间协作情况、出院重新结算现象、全渠道收费以及医疗保险等角度切入,对医院住院结算管理的现状展开分析,并提出以提升相关人员综合素质、提升医院信息化管理水平、完善患者欠款制约机制、提高医院住院处工作协调能力、完善患者结算费用复核制度、细化报表类目并开通全渠道收费体系为优化路径,对医院住院结算管理水平进行提升,进而实现医院经济效益、社会效益的可持续发展.
Inpatient settlement management is a vital work in the hospital development process,controlling the economic lifeblood of the hospital.This article analyzes the current situation of hospital inpatient settlement management from the perspective of information technology level,patient arrears,inter-departmental collaboration,discharge re-settlement,omnichannel charging and medical insurance,and proposes to improve the comprehensive quality of relevant personnel,improve hospital information technology management level,improve patient arrears control mechanism,improve coordination ability of hospital inpatient department,improve patient settlement cost review system,refine report categories and open omnichannel charging system as the path of optimization,so as to improve the hospital inpatient settlement management level and realize the sustainable development of hospital economic and social benefits.
